With over 35 years of experience in the retail brokerage and advisory industry, Mr. Rostamian brings a unique set of skills to his position as President. In this capacity, he provides leadership and oversight for the Land Group, the Leasing Group and the Retail Investment Group which in combination provide a fully integrated platform of services to the shopping center industry. Prior to co-founding SDA, Mr. Rostamian served as First Vice-President at CB Richard Ellis, leading a team of professionals who provided a wide range of services to owners and developers of shopping centers. Mr. Rostamian holds an MBA from Suffolk University with an emphasis in Finance.

Mrs. Sarkisian has a proven track record in her result-oriented leadership and execution. With over 20 years of combined experience in deal-making, store planning, and design, she has been intimately involved in sourcing and tenanting of over six million square feet of retail space. In addition to providing leadership and oversight for all operating units within the platform, Mrs. Sarkisian directs the overall operation of the company. Before co-founding SDA, she was at CB Richard Ellis and worked in partnership with Mr. Rostamian.
